Where is Shoepugs located?
We are located in Woodland Hills, CA. We are open by-appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins at this time. Please visit our home page to book your visit with us.
Do you ship international?
We ship to Canada, the United States, and United States Territories. However, due to repeated international losses, we have decided to stop shipping outside of these areas.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are prepared for shipping either same day or within 24 hours after they are placed. Once your order has been packaged and a label has been created, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail. You can expect to receive your purchase in approximately 1-3 business days.
Why was my order canceled?
There are several reasons why an order might be canceled. If for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to provide you with an explanation. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our discretion. We take mail and credit card fraud very seriously, and if we have any suspicion about the legitimacy of your credentials or your identity, your order will be canceled immediately and you will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
What is your return policy?
Because we deal in high quality merchandise, whose value may fluctuate drastically with wear, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Are all the items you sell authentic?
Shoepugs sells only 100% authentic product. We do not associate ourselves with fake or counterfeit merchandise. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.
When will you get more of an item that is sold out?
Our inventory changes on a daily bases. We cannot predict when a shoe will be back in inventory or available in a specific size. However, feel free to contact us if you are looking for a specific shoe. We will be happy to let you know once that shoe is available.
Is a “pre-owned” item the same one shown in the picture?
We offer a great selection of pre-owned sneakers. We only list gently-used items on our web store. The photos that are provided are of the actual shoes. Pre-owned items are priced according to their condition. If you would like to request additional photos, you may send a special request info@shoepugs.com.
Do you accept trades?
Yes. We accept trade-ins, which can be applied towards store credit.
Can I trust Shoepugs?
Absolutely! We’ve been buying and selling sneakers since 2007. You can check us out on eBay @Shoepugs. Feel free to investigate our respective feedback. This may help you appreciate the amount of business we do, the quality of the product we sell, and the high level of commitment we have to our customers.
Does Shoepugs buy shoes outright?
Yes, we do. We are always looking for brand new or lightly preowned sneakers. Please email or direct message us on instagram to get in contact with us.
What type of shoes do you accept?
We accept a variety of sneaker brands. Nike, Jordan, & Adidas are just a few...
How do you come up with the pricing?
We typically pay between 60-70% of the market price of a shoe. We determine the market price by checking on comparable sites for the actual sales prices, based on similar condition, and we combine that with our own personal experience. So, for example: If the market price of shoe is going for $200, expect to be offered between $120-140 for that pair. We are always happy to explain why we've quoted a particular price.
How will I get paid?
You will be paid via Zelle, PayPal, or company check.
Will I get more money if I sell them on my own?
Absolutely! Just keep in mind, when selling on your own you will have to deal with a lot of things, including photographing, listing, customer service, fraudulent/flaky buyers, shipping, returns, etc... Our comprehensive buyback service is a great way to bypass all of these potential headaches, and allow us to take the pain out of the selling process.
